Terms of participation for wineries

The number and types of vendors will be controlled to assure appropriateness to the festival and to limit duplications.

Ice will be available for purchase.

Electrical outlets will not be provided due to the Historic Downtown Setting; however, you can bring your own generator.

Security will be provided from Friday evening until Sunday; however the festival cannot be responsible for any losses or damages
before or during the event.

Vendors are responsible for collecting any applicable Oklahoma Sales Tax on sales made during the festival.

There is no rain date.  The festival will operate from 10:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. on Saturday and 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. on Sunday unless
canceled due to unusual weather conditions.

There will be a short meeting with all wineries prior to the start of the festival.  The time of this meeting will be announced later.

All rules and guidelines of this Festival, will adhere to the Oklahoma Liquor Laws.  When your completed forms, along with Festival
Fees are received by the Guthrie Escape Art * Wine & Music Festival, conformation receipts will be sent to you and your space will be
guaranteed.

Festival staff will direct all vendors to their location between 2:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. Friday, October 5.  Set up must be completed by 8:
00 p.m. on that date ( special arrangements can be made for those unable to arrive on Friday for an early set up time on Saturday if
needed.  All vehicles must be removed from the festival area by 8:00 p.m. on Friday and 8:00 a.m. on Saturday.  Parking will be
adjacent to the festival area for vendors.

No tear down will take place before 5:00 p.m.on Sunday.
